If you are using Link-Up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Link-Up provides an AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) platform that helps businesses generate strategies, build custom integrations, and scale their operations.

Our services include strategy generation, workflow automation, third-party integrations, and analytics tools.

We offer different service tiers (Learn, Scaffold, Scale) with varying features and capabilities as described on our pricing page.

Service availability may vary and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all data you input into our system and must ensure you have proper rights to use such data.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

You may not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

You may not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.

You may not use our services to send spam, unsolicited communications, or violate others' privacy.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services.

You may not use our services to compete with Link-Up or build similar products.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Link-Up ('Customer Data').

You grant Link-Up a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide our services to you.

Link-Up owns all intellectual property rights in our platform, software, and generated insights (excluding your input data).

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for improving our services and developing new features.

You can export your data at any time and delete your account, which will remove your Customer Data from our systems.

Link-Up integrates with various third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining proper authorization and compliance with third-party services you connect.

Link-Up is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of third-party services.

We will only access third-party data that you explicitly authorize through proper authentication mechanisms.

You can revoke integration permissions at any time through your account settings.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice and take effect at your next billing cycle.

Beta pricing and promotional rates are subject to change when the promotional period ends.

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, which we will communicate when possible.

Support levels vary by subscription tier as described in our service documentation.

We provide support during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM PT, Monday through Friday) unless otherwise specified.

Enterprise customers may have different support terms as specified in their agreements.

Link-Up's total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We do not warrant that our services will meet all your requirements or be error-free.

You use our AI-generated strategies and recommendations at your own risk and should exercise business judgment.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on our platform's outputs or recommendations.

Either party may terminate these terms at any time with or without cause.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data before account deletion.

Sections relating to data ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
